Principal
NAC is one big, amazing team made up of incredible individual talents. I am thrilled at the opportunity to be part of a larger whole. As architects, we have the ability to change peoples lives, and with my focus on healthcare and well-being, this is never more evident. I get excited to see how the facilities and spaces we design can create a healing environment for everyone.

Jill has been a key member in NAC Architecture's Healthcare Group for eleven years and has served as a project manager and architect on several of the firm's most innovative and complex projects. She is passionate about employing evidence-based design to create life-changing, healing environments for every unique project, and continually educates herself to incorporate improvements for health and wellness. Jill is also deeply knowledgeable in Lean design and construction and has successfully applied Lean principles to several projects. She is committed to ensuring collaborative and productive communication among all team members in order to facilitate cohesive, coordinated efforts toward a common goal. Jill uses Lean tools such as “Pull Planning” and weekly team huddles keep projects on track to meet schedule and budget milestones throughout design and construction.
