Everything that someone encounters, on the journey to pursue healthcare, has an impact on the experience that they will have. As designers, we can have a positive impact on that experience by simply making it easy to find the way, giving a patient control of the lighting in their space or placing a window so that a caregiver can get a glimpse outdoors during their shift. Being empathetic makes beautiful design more meaningful.
Jill has 20 years of experience designing patient centric interiors and wayfinding solutions for regional and nationally recognized healthcare facilities. As a passionate designer with an eye for detail, she enjoys collaborating with clients to create beautiful interior experiences that foster a sense of wellness, aid in the healing process, and consider all aspects of a patient’s journey.
