“The best plans rarely survive first contact with reality and inevitably you’ll have to explore options. One of the most intriguing and rewarding parts of engineering is problem solving. This brings out innovation, collaboration, exploration, and patience. A cohesive team will exemplify these traits and produce a design that provides the most efficient outcome for the customer. To quote Colin Powell, 'Great leaders are almost always great simplifiers, who can cut through argument, debate and doubt, to offer a solution everybody can understand.'”
Jon St. Pierre currently leads the engineering department in our Spokane office. He serves as a project manager within a wide market and specializes in designing audio/video, telecommunication, security, and fire alarm systems for sustainable community-based projects across the western United States. Jon is also a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) and a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS). In addition, he is certified by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET II). Prior to his time at NAC, Jon served in the Unites States Air Force for 20 years as a radio and electronic maintenance specialist. He holds an Associate Degree in Architectural Technology.
