Lawrence Parrett, AIA, MBA
Principal
My passion for architecture has always been driven by a desire to work with interesting people, on interesting projects, in interesting places – resulting in projects spanning 8 states and the District of Columbia, as well as India, Korea, China, and Bangladesh.

As NAC’s national Healthcare Market Leader, Larry has extensive experience in all types and scales of healthcare projects throughout the United States and Asia and is focused on leading the development of strategic goals, business development strategies, and practice building initiatives for NAC regionally and nationally.

Larry earned his Bachelor of Architecture at Washington State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Washington, is a registered architect and Lean Certified in design.

Drawing from nearly 40 years of experience in healthcare architectural design, Larry approaches his projects collaboratively with our design teams, clients, contractors, and trade partners. He views consensus building as paramount to ensuring our clients meet or exceed their goals. Over the past 15 years Larry has led the design and construction for several healthcare projects that were delivered using some form of collaborative delivery, including IPD and Design Build.
