NAC Architecture led the funding, planning, agency approval, procurement and finally construction phase efforts for the Antonio Maria Lugo Academy, a new 34,280 square-foot elementary school.
To meet an aggressive schedule, the NAC Architecture team recommended and coordinated the use of modular construction for portions of the building, which allowed building construction to take place off-site concurrent with site development work. The school opened in the Fall of 2015 after an extraordinarily short construction time of six months.
