Interior design services were provided by NAC Architecture for this new luxury apartment community in a prominent location in downtown Kirkland. It is adjacent to the Merrill Gardens at Kirkland and shares an entry point, but is designed for apartment living for all age groups. It is one of the first multifamily projects done for Pillar Properties, a subsidiary of the R. D. Merrill Company. This allowed NAC Architecture to be key in establishing direction of the interior design and quality of finishes. The furniture selection and lobby fireplace design created a warm and inviting entrance to the building. With a total of 58,000 square feet, the 66-unit community is comprised of Studio, one and two bedroom units designed with comfort and enjoyment in mind. Each apartment has a movable island counter in the kitchen space that allows the resident flexible use of open space. The outdoor furniture selections by NAC Architecure compliment the rooftop deck with its stunning lake and cityscape views.
