NAC Architecture and Graham are currently designing the much-anticipated renovation of Spokane Community College's Main Building which houses academic space, a dining facility and various student support services. This is the first design-build project for the campus, and one of the first for the Washington Community College system. The modernized Main Building will play a critical role in branding the campus identity. It will be the face of campus and will signal an arrival to campus.
The scope includes the renovation of 51,000 square feet of existing space and the addition of 7,000 square feet. The new and renovated spaces will house Arts and Sciences, Campus Executive Administration, Business Hospitality & Information Technologies, Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Electronics, portions of Orlando's Bakery and Restaurant, and support spaces.
